DELIVERY COSTS
We do our best to keep delivery costs affordable & to get your order delivered to you door as quickly and efficiently as possible. Order costs are calculated at checkout & clearly displayed before entering any payment details.

Currently most orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days, however it can occasionally take up to 7 business days to dispatch your order (e.g. during busy periods).

NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the location of the dispatch warehouse and the products. However as a guide expected delivery times for most items once they have been dispatched are

• Metro Areas: 5-10 Business Days
• Regional Areas: Usually 7 - 14 business days. This can be extended to 12 - 19 business days during busy periods or bad weather
• Remote Areas: May vary depending on how remote / how often couriers service these locations

Kidzshack products are available for Australia-wide delivery straight to your door. We dispatch from warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth & Adelaide.

• If your item needs to come from interstate, higher freight charges will apply.

📦 WAREHOUSE PICK-UP

Prefer to collect your order yourself? Pick up is available (subject to stock) from our depots in:

• Adelaide (Edinburgh, SA)

• Melbourne (Derrimut, VIC)

• Sydney (Erskine Park, NSW)

• Perth (Bibra Lake, WA)

• Brisbane (Creastmead, QLD)

How to Order for Pick Up:

1. Add your product to cart

2. Select "Pick Up" during checkout

3. We'll email your Authority to Collect within 1–2 business days

4. Collect within 5 working days (storage fees of $50/week apply after that)

Pick Up Hours:
Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 2:30pm only

Important:
A large ute or trailer is required to collect your cubby house or large items.

Refunds & Returns

We hope that you love the items you have purchased at The Best Backyard, however we understand that occasionally you may need to organise a repair, replacement or return.

• Broken / Damaged on Arrival: Please contact us within 7 days to report the issue (& provide photographs). Please do not accept the delivery if the packaging is damaged.
• Warranty Claims: Please contact our customer service team
• Change of Mind Returns: Change of mind returns are not possible with every product.
  Under certain circumstances we may accept change of mind returns, and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  However due to the nature of the products we sell a restocking fee and return delivery costs will apply. Please order carefully and contact our team before ordering if you have any questions & we would be happy to help
