Where are we located?

Our head-office is in Sydney and that's where our main office and warehouse is based, but we also have distribution centres in Melbourne and Brisbane. Most of our product specialists and customer service team currently work remotely.

Customer Service Assistant & Product Specialist Roles

Location: Sydney or Remote
Type: Part-Time
Positions Available: Multiple

Summary: 
As a Customer Service Assistant & Product Specialist at The Best Backyard, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and expert advice on our range of outdoor products. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and offering guidance on product selection to help families create the perfect outdoor experience. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and have a keen interest in outdoor play and lifestyle products.

Whether you're working from our Sydney office or remotely, you’ll be a vital part of a supportive, growing team.

You will need to have previous experience in a customer facing role, and be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone as well as using email and live chat. 

You'll also need to be great at problem solving, thinking on your feet and able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time! 

If working remotely you must have a quiet dedicated work environment & fast internet connection.

Hours are flexible (minimum 15hrs p/w). Some early evening / Saturday work is available.
